Wedding Cupcake Tier for a reception at Lauxmont Farms!
These Cupcakes were dressed with Yellow and Red Flowers with silver dragees in the center. The top cake for the Bride and Groom to cut into was covered in White Marshmallow Fondant and a black satin ribbon wrapped around the bottom. The Tiger Lillies were placed on top of the cake and around the tiers to make for a beautiful alternative to a Wedding Cake! Tiered Cupcakes are huge trend for Weddings right now and can be dressed up with flowers and fresh fruit!

Bear Heart Baking Company had there Grand Opening this weekend, July 1st – July 3rd 2010! The doors to the York, PA Bakery, located at 1413 North George Street, opened at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday Morning.

Samples were handed out the whole weekend giving customers a chance to try out some flavors before they purchased there Cupcakes. Then on Friday Muffins were introduced, and soon they will be rolling out all of there customizable treats!

The Display cases had cupcakes with a variety of different flavors to please every taste bud! From Yellow Cake with a Black Raspberry Filling and Buttercream Icing to Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing. The most popular choice for the weekend was by far the Chocolate Cupcakes with Oreo Cookie Icing. The kids loved them and the adults too. The All natural ingredients and Organic Fruits and Vegetables give Mothers a piece of mind when planning Birthdays or picking up a quick afternoon snack.

The future for Bear Heart Baking Comapny is offering Coffee next week. The coffee is rosated locally and delivered right to Bear Heart Baking Company’s York, PA Bakery. They will be offering Regular Organic Coffee and Decaf Organic Coffee! The Bakery also has seating for anone who wants to enjoy a Coffee Cake Muffin with there Organic Coffee. 4 modern tables with Saddle Seat Bar Stools line the wall of the Bakery. Above one of the tables are the letters “C” “A” “K” and “E” serving as a reminder that they offer Custom Cakes as well!

"It's A Girl" Baby Shower Cupcakes!
These Cupakes were made for a Baby Shower celebrating a baby Girl who’s name will be “Gianna” which is why there are so many “G’s” all over the tops of the Cupcakes. The baby bottles were edible, and made out of our made from scratch Marshmallow Fondant and the cutest things ever, and the pink and purple were at the request of the parents to be 
The Red Velvet Cupcakes which are a popular favorite at the Bakery were once again a huge hit, we were told by the happy couple. This was not just a Cupcake Baby Shower, it was a Tiered Cupcake Baby Shower complete with a tiered stand decorated to match the color scheme on the invitaitons! These Cupcakes were a fun memorable way to celebrate the Baby Shower and were a huge hit among the guests!

Pink, Champagne, and Black Wedding Cupcakes tiered!
We made our first Wedding Cupcakes this weekend! The bride’s Wedding colors were Pink, Champagne, and Black! She wanted a square cake on top for her and her husband to cut into. Also a first were the jumbo cupcakes cascading down the tiers! A big “F” for Fritsch on the top made out of Royal Icing topped the Wedding Cupcakes off perfectly!

The Argyle pattern around the cake was also repeated throughout the tiers with a small Black Diamond on top of the Jumbo Cupcakes! Small Champagne flowers and and pink flowers topped the remaining Jumbo Cupcakes. The small Bubble detail at the top of the cake was symbolic of Champagne. Adding a subtle touch to the top of the tier. The cupcakes were delivered this past Saturday to a home in Lake Meade which doubled as the gorgeous setting for the Fritsch Wedding. I even took some photos for brides looking for inspiration!
