At Bear Heart Baking Company we are all about Family! Having three children myself I know how hard it is to give each child that special one on one attention they need and deserve. So it was only natural that I create an opportunity for Mom, Dad, and Grandparents too, to get out and really have fun together. Our Mommy & Me Cupcake Decorating Sessions are usually at 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. so you don’t have to deal with the foot traffic of the store. We want it to be about fun and creativity and sometimes distractions take away from the experience. So we have blocked off two before/after hour times for each session. Each Session holds a total of 8 people. There are four tables with two stools for now. We will be expanding this space in the future but for now there is only seating for 8 total.
We do have Highchairs and have had children come to Mommy & Me as young as 17 months. Our oldest child was 9 years old but I think you will find that even into the teen years they will still have fun Decorating Cupcakes. After all, I am almost 30 and I have fun doing it everyday 
Each Mother and Child Team will recieve 6 Cupcakes to decorate and 2 drink choices. We provide the icing and the goodies to decorate the cupcakes. We will post some pictures below from one of our Cupcake Decorating Sessions. The kids had a blast and the moms did too. We hope to see you at our next session.

Pink and Black Zebra Striped Birthday Cake
Bear Heart Baking Company made a Pink and Black Zebra themed Birthday Cake a couple of months ago. It turned out great! We used our famous Marshmallow Fondant (made from scratch and hand rolled) on this cake. The cake itself is a Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing! The Two Tiered Birthday Cake was covered in Hot Pink and Black Zebra Stripes giving it the extra pop! This Birthday Cake was one of the cakes we made when first starting out. When Valerie contacted us about making this Cake for her best friend Tammy’s Birthday we didn’t hesitate and we are glad we had the opportunity to make it.
